MDC Wellness, LLC operates mydietchef.com under the name My Diet Chef. These Terms explain the rules for using the Site and buying digital products and merchandise from us. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to MDC Wellness, LLC, based in Miami, Florida. “You” means anyone who uses the Site or places an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nutrition and health information
Chef Jeff is a chef. Our meal plans, recipes, guides, quiz, trackers, emails, and social posts provide general food and nutrition education. They do not provide medical advice or replace care from your doctor or a registered dietitian.
Talk with your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, especially if you take medication, have a food allergy, have a history of disordered eating, or have a condition such as diabetes or kidney, liver, or heart disease. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Who our programs are for
Our programs are written for healthy adults. They are not designed for children, teens, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Our quiz uses your food preferences to suggest a meal plan. It does not assess whether a diet is medically appropriate for you.
3. Results, nutrition estimates, and allergens
We do not guarantee weight loss or any other health outcome. Nutrition figures are estimates. Ingredients, brands, portions, substitutions, and cooking methods can change the amounts in your finished dish. If you have an allergy, review each recipe and check the label on every ingredient you use.
4. Digital products and household use
When you buy a digital product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, download, and print it for yourself and your household. You are welcome to cook from the recipes and keep printed copies for household use.
You need our written permission to resell a guide, post its pages online, share the download outside your household, or distribute our photos, original text, layouts, or trackers. My Diet Chef and its licensors retain their rights in the original content, designs, logos, and brand names. Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by law.
Recipe images illustrate the dish. Some images may be digitally created or enhanced. Your finished dish may look different.
5. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Before you place your order, checkout shows the price, eligible discounts, any applicable taxes, and any shipping charges. We may change prices and promotions for future orders. A later promotion does not change the price of an order already placed.
Shopify and its payment partners process payments. My Diet Chef does not store your full payment card number. We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or discover a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount you paid for the canceled items and any associated taxes and shipping charges.
6. Delivery and refunds
Digital purchases. After payment, open Access your purchases in your order confirmation and sign in to My Library with the email address you used at checkout. Your purchased files are available together. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason, including on a discounted purchase. A refund ends access to the refunded files and stops emails associated with that purchase.
Merchandise. Our T-shirts, hoodies, and baseball caps are made to order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. For a covered issue, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. If you received the size and color you selected, we do not offer exchanges or returns for fit, color preference, or a change of mind, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and one-time codes private. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us promptly so we can help secure it.
8. Email and marketing
When you place an order or request a resource, we use your email to deliver what you asked for. This can include an order confirmation, a sign-in code, a free guide, a quiz result, or the lessons included with the 7-Day Kickstart.
If you sign up for marketing, we may also send recipes, meal-planning ideas, and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. You will still have access to your purchased downloads and may still receive messages needed to service your order or secure your account. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Reviews and testimonials
We welcome honest reviews. If you give us permission to feature your review or testimonial, we may share it with your first name on our Site or in our marketing. We do not pay for positive reviews.
10. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Site, collect another person’s information without permission, or distribute our content in violation of these Terms.
11. Third-party links and services
We use outside providers for services such as checkout, email, and member access. If you follow a link to an independent website, its own terms and privacy practices apply. If you need help with a My Diet Chef order, contact us directly.
12. Disclaimers
We provide the Site and our educational materials “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. This section does not reduce the remedies we expressly offer in our Refund Policy or any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
13. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, My Diet Chef, its owner, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. For claims relating to a purchased product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. These limits apply only where the law permits them and do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version and its effective date on the Site. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
